25 Days of Christmas Activities: Day 4

Tinsel was found in our dining room chandelier.

Day 4 we made Christmas Cards... and a big mess. =)

25 Days of Christmas Activities: Day 5

Much like me, Tinsel has been eating too much holiday goodness and had to start hitting the weights! 

Day 5 was Christmas movie night. There's nothing like curling up on the couch and watching TV together.

25 Days of Christmas Activities: Day 6

Tinsel was seeking some adventure and went zip-lining on our curtain rod.

Day 6 was family game night. We played "pin the nose on the reindeer".

Don't mind Kinsley in her underwear, she refused to put pants on.

  

25 Days of Christmas Activities: Day 7

Tinsel wrote a note to Kinsley.

"Kinsley- Santa wants me to remind you to be on your best behavior. Love Tinsel"

Day 7 Kinsley was not in the mood for her picture to be taken... and we painted Santa. 

Keith and I were very proud of Kinsley. She tried really hard to paint in the lines and use the appropriate color where needed.

25 Days of Christmas Activities: Day 8

Kinsley found Tinsel going through her stocking stuffers.

Day 8 we made ornaments. We clipped a few small pieces off of the Christmas tree, stuffed them in our clear plastic ornament and added fake snow and glitter. Kinsley may have gone over board with the glitter. 

And then we hang them on the tree:

Tinsel was caught day dreaming on the bookshelf. 

Day 9 we colored a star ornament and hang it on Kinsley's Christmas tree.

25 Days of Christmas Activities: Day 10

We finally found Tinsel in the refrigerator. The theory is that Tinsel thought it was the North Pole. 

Day 9 we made treats for Kinsley's classmates.

I wrapped them in a clear bag and tide them with red ribbon. 

Kinsley tested them out and she approves:

Kinsley woke up so excited that she didn't even look for Tinsel. So Tinsel remained in her exact location until she was found. 

Day 10 we went to Downtown Disney in Orlando. We ended up in Walt Disney World (which wasn't the original plan) and it turn out to be a magical day. I only took pictures with my phone and haven't been able to download them yet.

25 Days of Christmas Activities: Day 12

Tinsel was sending an e-mail to Santa letting him know that Kinsley has been a very good girl. 

Day 11 we drove around and looked at Christmas lights.

Tinsel was caught dreaming of a summer vacation and drinking syrup out of an umbrella straw. 

Day 13 was another craft.
