It's almost my birthday!

Keith took me to a nice dinner in celebration of my birthday. Afterwards, we met up with some friends and had a great time out!

Fall Festival 2013

We almost forgot about our Fall Festival this year. I am glad we made it, because it was full of Kinsley's "firsts".

This year she actually road the "horse" which is really just a pony. Two years in a row she has begged to go on them. We have waited in line for quite some time and as soon as our turn comes around, she chickens out. Well, not this year. She actually did it! She started out giggling and smiling and ended with "I want to get off". But hey, she actually did it. 

Kinsley ran into some of her friends which encouraged her to go down the really big inflatable slide. She had so much fun she went three times. Now, Kinsley has been down many inflatable slides, but this was her first really big one all by herself.

Lastly, this was Kinsley's first time having cotton candy. Let's just say she really enjoyed it. =)

Kinsley's First Haircut!

Today was Kinsley's first haircut. Her ends were getting ratty and it was time. It was a sad day for me because I love her little ringlets at the tips, which are now gone (minus the one I saved).

First Ballet Lesson

Kinsley had her first ballet class this week. She will go once a week for the school year. At the end of the school year she will have a big performance at the Times Union Center. I am so excited to see what she will learn!

Labor Day Weekend 2013

I hope everyone had a happy and safe Labor Day weekend. 

Here is a little of what we did with our 3 day weekend:

Saturday was a beach and pool day with friends:

(it was our first time paddle boarding as well)

Sunday was a day filled with friends. We had brunch with friends, a birthday party with friends, and a play date with friends. Here are a few pictures from Kailey's birthday party:
