Keith and I are getting ready to run our first 5k together. This Saturday is the Festival of Lights in San Marco which will be benefiting the Children's Miracle Network. Keith and I always talk about how we would like to help a worthy cause. I do a lot of charities, volunteering and donating through my work, but this is something Keith and I can do together. And being that fitness is Keith's passion, this is the perfect way to do it. There also happens to be a lot of things for kids, so Kinsley will have a good time too.
