Flounder with Lemon and Dill
Flounder
Lemon
Dill
Salt
Pepper
Get out a baking tray and cover with tin foil. Spray tin foil with a little olive oil (any oil spray would work). Slice lemons in to thin-medium pieces. Chop dill. Lay lemon on the baking sheet. Season both sides of the flounder with salt, pepper and dill. Place the flounder over the lemons on the baking sheet. With the ends of the lemon that you did not use, squeeze over the flounder. Your flounder should be laying on top of the lemons so that when they bake it is soaking up the lemon juice.
Cook at 325 for apx. 20 minutes or until flakey.
